Interesante también recordar el artículo de Pity Alarcón, publicado en La Opinión, de Murcia, en 2011, donde la periodista recoge palabras claves para contextualizar la poética de la dignidad humana que ha mantenido en el tiempo la obra de Dionisia García.
Es gratificante hablar con una persona que no concibe la vida sin la relación con el ser humano porque, nos dice, la condición humana es lo que de, alguna manera, nos impulsa a hacer las cosas que merecen la pena: “Soy optimista a la manera griega: creo que en el mundo hay muchas cosas que hacer y una persona que escribe debe de ser sensible a todo lo que ocurre en él”

Dionisia García fue premio de la Crítica en 2023, con Clamor en la memoria (ed. Renacimiento). Ha escrito libros en casi todos los géneros: poesía, narrativa, ensayo, diario, aforismos... La citada editorial de Sevilla recogió su obra poética completa hasta 2017, en el hermoso volumen titulado Atardece despacio. Posteriormente, la autora ha publicado, en poesía, los poemarios Mientras dure la luz (Ed. Renacimiento) y Clamor en la memoria, y los libros de aforismos Vuelo hacia dentro (Libros del aire) y El pensamiento escondido (ed. Renacimiento), que reúne sus obras anteriores dedicadas al género aforístico.
La revista Ágora-Papeles de Arte Gramático le dedicó en 2013 un número monográfico, impreso: Dionisia García, señales de una escritura luminosa. La escritora rumano-española Corina Oproae ha obtenido el Premio Tusquets editores de novela 2024, con La casa limón.
La novela saldrá en octubre de 2024, publicada por Tusquets editores, Barcelona.
Corina Oproae es poeta, traductora y novelista. Reside desde hace años en Cataluña. Es un honor para la revista Ágora haber publicado poemas suyos, de su poemario Desde dónde amar (Ed. Pre-Textos), y traducciones de Dinu Flamand.

Corina Oproae (Făgăraș, Rumanía, 1973). Reside en Cataluña desde 1998. Escribe en español y en catalán, traduce poesía del rumano y del inglés. En español ha publicado los libros Mil y una muertes (2016), Intermitencias (2018), Temprana Eternidad(2019), Desde dónde amar, (Pre-Textos, 2021). En catalán ha escrito La mà que tremola (La mano que tiembla), un libro de reflexión poética sobre el hecho de escribir en una lengua que no es la lengua materna (2020).
Su poesía ha sido incluida en diversas antologías o libros de homenaje, entre las cuales ¿Y si escribes un haikú? (La Garúa Poesía, 2019), a cargo de Josep M. Rodríguez, Poéticas Mediterráneas en la Colección Poéticas de la Modernidad (Bala Perdida, 2021), El Quadern de Versàlia, IX de homenaje a Ceclília Meireles (Papers de Versalia, 2019), o Alejandra Pizarnik y sus múltiples voces (Huso Editorial, 2021).
Es autora y traductora de la antología de poesía catalana actual publicada en Colombia, La hora indefensa(2021). Ha traducido al catalán y al castellano autores como Marin Sorescu (Premio Cavall Verd Rafel Jaume de Traducción Poética, 2014, Premio Marin Sorescu, Craiova, Romania, 2015) Lucian Blaga, Gellu Naum, Ana Blandiana (Premio Jordi Domènech de Traducción de Poesía, 2015), Dinu Flamand, Ioan Es. Pop, Angela Marinescu o Mary Oliver.
Ha obtenido en 2024 el premio Tusquets editores de novela, con La casa limón.

Bucharest International Poetry Festival
En Bucarest, Rumanía, se celebra la semana del 9 al 15 de septiembre de 2024 la decimocuarta edición del Festival Internacional de Poesía Bucarest. Organiza el Museo Nacional de Literatura Rumana (NMLR).
Colaboran instituciones como el Municipio de Bucarest, el Ministerio de Cultura de Rumanía, Universidades, Institutos de cultura de otros países (como el Instituto Cervantes en Bucarest), esponsores, librerías, bibliotecas, museos, etc. Y participan poetas, artistas, traductores, escritores y profesores especialistas en literatura (unos 180) de 20 países diferentes.

Public readings, performances, moments of improvisation, poetry and music, conferences, debates, exhibitions and documentary movies, at BIPF 2024: over 50 events can be found in the program of this year's edition of the Bucharest International Poetry Festival, the largest national event dedicated to poetry and one of the most followed profile events in Central and South-Eastern Europe, organized by the National Museum of Romanian Literature (NMLR) between September 9-15, 2024.
The architecture of the program includes a diverse series of events, where poetry is celebrated alongside the chords of music, in the company of visual arts and film experiences. From public readings, conferences, debates to writing and performance workshops, moments of poetic improvisation, poetry evenings dedicated to beginners or events for children and youth starting from poetry books – all this can be found in the rich program of the seven days of the Festival.

“Anton Pann” Concert
The artists of the Anton Pann Chamber Ensemble of Early Music will perform compositions signed by the great scholar, using instruments specific to the time in which they were composed - oud, kanun, ney, bendir, riq. During the concert, along with these specific instruments, the musicians will also perform on classical instruments, clarinet and cello, but also on the Niccolò Gagliano 1760 violin, property of the German state, the Baden-Württemberg land.

„Michelangelo Antonioni's film Blow-up brought me to photography, but mostly a camera I received from my father when I was 16. Later, I discovered Julio Cortazar's short story Funiga, which inspired the film. Apparently, it was renamed Blow-up. I identified myself with the photographer in the movie, in the hope – fear of discovering that things are not what they seem, then, that they are not what they are, then, that they don’t exist. Like Pinocchio, I faithfully follow the Cat and the Fox, looking for new and new lies – otherwise, the Fairy would forget about me. It seems to me that a man asleep in the park, a teenage girl smoking on the sly, a sad curtain over the sidewalk, and everyone else, are always there, frozen sphinxes waiting for me. Each with a question, which I don't know how to answer. Then with another question. I stole their images, and I can't break up with any of them: it's my travel diary, and the exhibition - an invitation to the road. Some images have been deleted, the others are still confusing, they fight, they reconcile, we are staying together. Narrative photographer, as I like to call myself, I always try to lead the viewer beyond the gaze. I think that when this bet succeeds, the photographer's gesture meets poetry.”

„In 2002 we had an exhibition at the Hedengren bookstore in Stockholm with the author's portraits. The founder and former director of the Romanian Cultural Institute in Stockholm (RCI Stockholm), Dan Shafran, came to the exhibition. I was asked if I wanted to start a collaboration with them. The mission was to photograph writers and poets from Romania, but also those who came to visit Stockholm. Through a grant from the Cultural Institute, I got a list of writers and poets and their phone numbers. I packed my bags and there was a total of three trips to Bucharest and meetings with writers and poets in Stockholm. Atelierul este prezentat ca o abordare a proiectului Eso no es una poesía, ca o propunere interdisciplinară care abordează relațiile dintre literatură și cinema într-un mod diferit. Pornind de la munca scriitorilor și realizatorilor de film, culese în capitolul #Presentes, curatorii programului vor aprofunda natura acestui proiect, concentrându-se pe procesul creativ și pe provocările de a face ambele medii semnificative. Vor fi propuse diverse activități performative și participative, care au ca fir comun relația noastră cu poezia și modul de exprimare și comunicare a acesteia.
Prezentarea va avea loc în limba spaniolă
The workshop is presented as an approach to the Eso no es una poesía project, as an interdisciplinary proposal that approaches the relations between literature and cinema in a different way. Starting from the work of writers and filmmakers, collected in the chapter #Presentes, the curators of the program will deepen the nature of this project, focusing on the creative process and the challenges of making both mediums meaningful. Various performative and participatory activities will be proposed, which have as a common thread our relationship with poetry and the way of expressing and communicating it.

Viewing of the artistic installation of Vlad Țenu
The exhibition brings together works and prototypes from the "Miniplex" and "Synthetic Nature" series, as well as a new creation, and is part of Vlad Țenu’s retrospective that marks 10 years since the artist's first personal exhibition in his native country, Romania, organized this year at Galateca gallery. His art installations are modular structures, irregular looking organic forms reminding of sea creatures or organic forms from nature, but with an underlying symmetrical rigor. Their fluid geometries are generated using algorithms, mathematical rules and symmetry.
Vlad Țenu is a Romanian-British architect based in London. From architectural design to his academic work and from art installations or modular assembly systems to wearable art pieces, Vlad's experimental design works constitute a continuous research and exploration of spatiality and materiality.

Creative workshop "Poetry in life"
The history of the Poetry in Life creative workshop begins in 1998 and, with a break between 2002 and 2004, it lasts until 2007; then, with some sessions in Spain, between 2009 and 2016, and in Romania, resumed from 2023 with an unchanged vision from the beginning to today. In the 90s, there was almost the only poetry workshop in Bucharest that held, not only that, what is called a "creative writing workshop". It has an interdisciplinary and still singular formula, through the concept that goes beyond the idea of "learning to write"; because it constantly redefines the condition of poetry, of the poet as a complex artist, but also its perception. The meaning of the creative workshop itself, from the beginning, given its very name - poetry in life - undoubtedly places it, with all the discretion in which it has been carried out all these years, in the vanguard of a literary phenomenon that has only now become visible.

Mornin' Poets. From idea to cultural brand. The first 100 workshops
Poets are said to be lazy, get up late, and you can't count on them to be on time for a meeting. We try to dismantle all these untruths with a series of morning poets, with fresh texts and especially with a lot of coffee. On Sundays from 11am to 2pm, with a bi-monthly frequency, Mornin' Poets launches into orbit. Mornin' Poets is a series of five poetry workshops, where we write, read and discuss poems or ideas about writing, our art and its movement across the country. Each lecturer will propose a writing topic, so, at the workshop, the students will receive feedback on their submitted poems. The project started in the fall of 2018, with a first season, which included the following coaches: Miruna Vlada, Elena Vlădăreanu, Svetlana Cârstean, Sorin Despot and Claudiu Komartin. 2020 meant the move to online, for pandemic reasons, and at the end of 2021 we adapted the workshops to the needs of the learners with a hybrid format, which we still use now. By September 2024, the Mornin' Poets figures speak for us: 94 workshops, 91 different coaches, 19 seasons and many poems published in magazines and even in their own volumes from prestigious publishers.
